At Simply Seattle, we want you to represent the Emerald City with pride, so if your gear isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return or choose an exchange size, then download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your Seattle sports apparel in its original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags are included, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
